At Supreme Canopy, we’re passionate about helping your brand, business, or organization stand out with high-quality, custom made display products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Each project we take on is crafted with care - from the design concept to the final production ensuring your order is tailored to meet your goals and vision.
Please note that due to the unique nature of custom printed products, we are unable to accept returns on any custom orders. This includes but is not limited to: branded canopy tents, inflatable dome tents, custom trade show booths, start/finish line archways, feather flags, table covers, and other personalized display items. Our in-house team puts in considerable time developing artwork, preparing print files, and fine-tuning each product to match your branding. Once your order is confirmed, it enters a detailed production workflow that cannot be reversed without compromising quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
That said, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away. We stand behind the quality of our work and will gladly remake any item that does not meet the standards promised.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you'd like to request a refund, you're welcome to do so as long as production on your order has not yet started and the item has not been shipped. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, we recommend contacting your financial institution for further assistance.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
