Delivery Time: Once production is complete, orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL express shipping, which generally takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping on all orders.

International Shipping: Supreme Canopy proudly ships internationally. All orders include VAT (if applicable), customs duties, and import taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. The total price you see at checkout reflects the full amount, with all taxes and fees already included.

We offer free worldwide express shipping on all custom printed orders. We use FedEx, UPS and DHL as our primary couriers depending on the final destination of your order. Please check the information below to see if customs duties and taxes apply to you based on your shipping destination.
Production Time

Production Time: All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes 2-3 business days for our custom canopy tents, feather flags, and table covers. The production lead time for custom inflatable dome tents and trade show displays is approximately 4-6 business days from the date of order confirmation. Production times begin after proof approval. If you approve your proof over the weekend, production will begin on the following business day.

Custom Product Return Policy
All custom-made products are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any custom items once production has begun. This includes custom canopy tents, inflatable domes, feather flags, banners, table covers, archways, trade show displays, and any other made-to-order product.
Our in-house design team puts significant time and care into creating each product. From concept to production, every order involves detailed design work, file preparation, and machine setup ensuring your display is crafted to meet the highest standards. Once an order is confirmed and design has started, we are unable to halt or reverse the process without impacting production flow and overall product quality.

Order Tracking
Once your order has bee produced, packed and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor your order's progress until it reaches your destination.
Important Considerations

Delivery Address: Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Supreme Canopy is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Acceptance: A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a notice with further instructions.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition with a minimum of three (3) photographs and contact our customer service team within 48 hours to initiate a claim.
